Made specifically for the PontiacG6 & 04-08 Chevrolet Malibu using specialized T6061-T6 aluminum extrusions, the Racingline Bar is strong, sturdy, does not touch the under side of the hood, and provides excellent feedback to the driver And is a 100% bolt on application. Space is extremely tight but the critical dimensioning was achieved and a great looking, fully functional product has emerged.
Internally the bar is divided into 3 chambers with 2 vertical walls to aid in rigidity, while maintaining the light properties aluminum is known for, this strut bar will increase chassis rigidity and provide the driver with great feedback during cornering maneuvers.
Manual transmission equipped vehicles will have to remove the clutch bracket from the resevoir and remount the bracket to the reservoir "upside down" as seen in the stock photo
