SHIPPING

  1. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours
  2. Transit times vary, please allow sufficient time for item delivery.  Because we are in Canada some items take slightly more time to cross the border, but most items should arrive in 4-7 business days(not calender days)
  3. Orders are typically shipped via courier ( FEDEX/UPS) however in some case smaller items, or shipments going to certain geographic locations outside of the standard delivery area may be sent via postal service.
  4. If a service is not available or you area is not serviceable by our standard shipping rates you will be contacted to find a suitable arrangement.
  5. Most shipments originate from our office located near Vancouver, BC, Canada. Some larger items (y pipes, and exhaust systems) may be drop shipped from other warehouses through out North America, in an effort to lower transit times and shipping costs associated with larger freight items.
  6. If a preferred shipping method is not available for any reason Racingline reserves the right to substitute carriers at it's discretion.

WARRANTY

  1. All RACINGLINE products come with at least a ONE year manufacturers warranty against defects
  2. Warranty is not transferable and extent to the original purchaser only.  Items bought second hand or from non authorized vendors carry no warranty expressed or implied.
  3. Items purchased from authorized vendors must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  4. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car, injury or other expenses that occur as the result of defective items.  In some instances (at our discretion) we reserve the right to request additional information such as a receipt proving installation by a certified mechanic.


RETURNS

  1. No returns shall be honored without prior consent from Racingline.  To request an RMA, log in to your Racingline account and select the order you wish to obtain an RMA for, then click on the "Request RMA" link

  2. Any and all returns must be shipped via USPS and MUST be insured. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.
  3. Any NON WARRANTY returns must be in resalable new or like new condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administration costs. Refunds will be for the product purchased,  Shipping charges are not refundable.  In the event a free shipping special was applied to the order, the equivalent of the actual shipping expense will be taken from the balance of the orders credit.
  4. Returns and related expenses will not be accepted as C.O.D.  Authorization to return unwanted merchandise must be obtained within 30 days of shipping date.
  5. Products accepted under a warranty claim will be repaired, replaced or credited to you at OUR option.
  6. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car, injury or other expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
